The Image Spot requires payment before work can be started on your image. Once we receive full payment will begin work on your image. We will keep you involved during the restoration/alteration of your image.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping prices are not inflated and are based on the weight of your package and your zip code. A small handling / packing fee may apply in certain cases. The Image Spot is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in shipping. Shipping insurance and signature required delivery services can be provided upon request. Your original photo is returned with your restored photographic prints and/or a CD ROM. All items are carefully packaged and returned to you by mail.

Refunds will be honored if proofs are rejected during the proofing stage. Once the proofs are accepted refunds will no longer be granted.
LIABILITY/RESTRICTIONS
The Image Spot is not liable for the context of an image either before or after photo restoration/alteration. Any photos deemed slanderous or harmful are the sole responsibility of the image owner.
PRIVACY
Your original images will not be sold or distributed by The Image Spot. The Image Spot may use your original and restored/altered images to help promote our services. You will be notified by e-mail should your image be chosen for promotional purposes.
DECENCY POLICY
The Image Spot reserves the right to deny services to individuals or groups who’s requests could be considered indecent, inappropriate, illegal or slanderous. Image content either before or after servicing by The Image Spot is the sole responsability of the requestor.
